Hey this totally changed how I think about the software sale.

People are people at the end of the day, not machines working at a company.

Thanks CJ! Absolutely, even though we acknowledge irrationality across other facets of life, we've probably given it too little weight in software sales and how this translates to the way we market products. Lots to learn from D2C brands in this respect, and how they try to tie their messaging to specific JTBD.
